Shipping and HandlingShopClothesline.com currently ships to addresses in the continental US only using either FedEx or other similar delivery services.
We do not ship to any address outside of the continental US (including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or the US Virgin Islands) at this time. We ship to street addresses only, no P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Sales tax is only charged for items shipped within New York state.
ShopClothesline.com makes every attempt to fulfill and ship all orders, placed Monday through Thursday, within 24 hours. Order placed on Friday will be shipped out the following Monday. Currently, we do not offer Saturday delivery.
ShopClothesline.com now offers free standard shipping for all orders over $150.00 within the continental US. Please review the following table for shipping rates within the continental US. Shipping for areas outside of the continental US are calculated at time of checkout.
|If an order is refused and it is returned to ShopClothesline.com, you will be responsible for the shipping charges incurred in sending the package. Your credit card will be refunded the appropriate merchandise total minus shipping charges.|
Returns and ExchangesAt ShopClothesline.com, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, we understand that at times you may not be happy with size, color, or fit and therefore the following policy has been designed to assist you in your returns.
We gladly accept returns on regular merchandise within 14 days of receipt. ALL SALE AND CLEARANCE MERCHANDISE ARE FINAL SALE. Merchandise must be returned in the same condition as it was sent, unwashed, unworn, and with all original tags intact and affixed on the item. All shoes that are worn or scuffed on the bottom will not be refunded. All shoes must be in original box and packaging. Merchandise in any other condition will be returned and the sender will incur additional shipping charges. Refunds on orders that were shipped free will be reimbursed less the flate shipping rate of $9.95.
**All jewelry, handbags, sunglasses, accessories, cosmetics, undergarments and swimwear are FINAL SALE.
All returns MUST have a return merchandise authorization. Any items returned to us without an RMA will be shipped back to the customer at their expense.
In order to request a return, you must obtain an RMA (return merchandise authorization) by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please enter "RMA Request" in the subject line and indicate which items you are would like to return in the body of the email. After we receive your email, we will send you approval with the RMA number, address to ship to, and instructions for packaging.
Shipping charges will be reimbursed by ShopClothesline.com ONLY in the event the merchandise sent was defective, damaged, or incorrect. Please make sure to inspect all items prior to removing the tags as we cannot accept returns without the original tags still in place. ShopClothesline.com retains the right to refund these charges at their discretion.
Credit Card Refund
Once we have received your return, your credit card will be refunded withing 5 business days. We will send you an email confirmation once this is complete. Please allow up to an additional 2 business days before the credit to appear on your statement.
All in store purchases must be returned to our store location for store credit only.Exchange and return policies are subject to change without notice.
PreordersAll preorders require a 50% deposit at the time of order placement. Once the order ships, the remaining balance will be charged. If for any reason, we cannot fill your order, you will be issued a full refund. If you decide you would like to cancel the order, you will be issued a web credit for the amount of the deposit. If the ship date is delayed, you may request a full refund.
Please note that on all preorders, the ship date is estimated to the best of ShopClothesline.com and the manufacturer’s knowledge. When you place a preorder and there is a change in the manufacturer’s ship date, we will do our best to advise you in a timely fashion.

This ensures that the data cannot be viewed or copied in the transmission process by any other third parties. If you happen to forget your password, we provide a secure way to reset your password and access your account. On the sign in page, below the log in form, click the link "Forgot your password?". Enter in your registered email address and click submit. You will receive instructions via email on how to reset your password.
You are responsible for maintaining your login information safe and secure. You and only you have access to your password. ShopClothesline.com representatives do not have access to your password and will never ask for it. If you have forgotten your password, please read the section on "Forgot Password".
ShopClothesline.com makes every attempt to present the most up to date inventory levels on our website. Unfortunately, for hot selling or low inventory items, we may be unable to fulfill customer requests. If this occurs, we will promptly email you regarding availability of that item.
ShopClothesline.com attempts to be as accurate as possible in it's content and product descriptions, but we do not guarantee that they are complete and/or error-free. If an item is misrepresented in any way, you can return the item (following our return policy) in it's unused/unworn state without incurring any additional charges.
ShopClothesline.com cannot guarantee there are not any mispriced items on our site. In the event that you have ordered a mispriced item, we will contact you with instructions before processing your order, at which point you have the option of cancelling.
